Fairy-Tale Tourism in Germany: On the Road with the Brothers Grimm

I argue that the (German Fairy Tale Route ) represents a unique case study of fairy-tale tourism in that it ties specific topographical landmarks, regions, and places to German fairy tales, legends, and historical facts, thereby purposefully blurring the boundaries between fact and fiction, truth and falsehood, and reality and imagination.
