Folklorisitics and Leadership

"Folkloristics and Leadership" explores how an education in folkloristics also provides leadership training in contemporary approaches to leadership. Specifically, I will examine how understanding positionality, identity, objectivity and subjectivity, culture, active listening, and reciprocity provide foundations for contemporary leadership.
