Dancing As One: The Greek Community of Tarpon Springs is a video documentary about the vibrant culture of the Greek community, which has the highest percentage of residents with Greek heritage in the U.S. Known primarily for sponge fishing and Epiphany, the size of the community allowed it to preserve much of its rich traditional culture. However, the breadth and beauty of that culture has not previously been explored by videographers and a folklorist inside the community. After screening, the film's director (Eleni Christopoulos-Lekkas) and producer (Tina Bucuvalas) will briefly comment on aspects of the documentary and its impact on the community before the discussant more thoroughly examines it.
